$2000 covers the lifetime membership, allowing unlimited telephonic consulting and access to all materials in the Document Library.

After that, if you would like us to work with you on procurement, we can be paid one of three ways for "soup to nuts" (or any portion thereof) assistance described in a clear Statement of Work, whose completion is 100% guaranteed to your satisfaction

1. Via a retainer option for each contract, either $7200 (ESRD and custodial dual-eligible programs), or $14,400 (chronic disease management)
2. Via a percentage of savings, as the savings are achieved, according to your measurement
3. Via a fully disclosed "deal fee" added to the vendor fee in the RFP and contract. Even so, vendors are under strict instructions to "eat" this fee if they want to price competitively because it is so small (1/4 of 1%--see membership materials from alewis@dismgmt.com) and their sales/marketing expenses for Consortium contracts are much lower because we find them rather than the reverse.
