As a way of getting acquainted with the Consortium, we are offering three free Documents, among the more popular short documents in our Library.

The first, intended primarily for health plans, is the Disease Prioritization Matrix. For Medicare, Medicaid and commercial populations, we have good estimates of how much a health plan is likely to save.

The second, intended for everyone except people with very short attention spans, is a complete listing of this year's conferences covering disease management.

The third, intended primarily for vendors, is "How to Select an Exhibiting Venue". It includes ten points which a vendor should use to distinguish good vs. bad conference opportunities. Both abound in disease management, but one needs to do one's research to determine which is which. (Hint: We actually know which are the better venues but that information is reserved for members only.)
